Earthquakes:
The most important thing to remember
during an earthquake is to DROP (get to the ground),
COVER (under something, and cover your head in particular) and
HOLD ON. The
USGS has a great
website regarding regarding earthquakes and what to do.
See the
Drop, Cover and Hold On Video here.

Shelter-in-Place:
Sometimes, sheltering in place is
required. Know how.
Another great source of information is
from the
CDC.
-
Building Marshal Program:
Building Marshals are an essential part of
building evacuations. Follow their guidance in emergencies.
